All of our beef is purebred suckler herd, grass fed Angus hung for a minimum of 28 days. We do much of the butchery in our own kitchen which allows us to offer some more unusual and interesting cuts. We don't generally stock T-Bone or Fillet, but are happy to order them in given a couple of days notice.
