1. Comte Remy de Villecourt, Bernard Remy Champagne £33.00
Aroma of lime blossom, honey and lemon with a clean, fresh finish.
2. Rosé 1er Cru, Hebrart Champagne £40.00
Light salmon rosé colour, biscuit and brioche on the nose; this rosé has complex aromas of red fruit, particularly strawberry and raspberry flavours.
3. Moutard 6 Cépages, Champagne £60.00
One of the very few Champagnes produced from the six varieties for the appellation. Very steady bubbles complement the biscuity and citrus fruit flavours.
4. San Marco Extra Dry Prosecco, Italy £18.95
This Prosecco has a fine mousse and is fresh with a hint of crisp, green apple in the background.
5. Chapel Down Brut, England £40.00
The basic terroir of the south east of England on the Downs is identical to that of Champagne; a chalky or limestone outcrop with alluvial clay deposits just below the surface. This clean and refreshing sparkling wine is made by the traditional method.

Very fruity and moreish. Medium styled, sparkling rosé.

Fully aromatic on the nose, rich and crisp with mandarin and orange peel aromas, intense roses, melon, mango and Turkish Delight. Fresh and complex on the palate with mineral tones; rich and soft.

A well rounded and fresh wine with a delicate aroma of sweet honeysuckle, tropical fruits and a subtle hint of herbs.
